What We Do

The main aim of Mr BuzzKing’s Puppet Tree is to engage with the local community – all ages, children and adults – and for them to be actively involved in the Art of Puppet Theatre through puppet making and performance workshops.

We usually start by arranging a series of puppet making and performance after-school clubs in primary schools during term times and in local community groups during school holidays so that all the children taking part can become involved with something very creative and rewarding.

Puppetry is not only an activity for children. Our aim is to establish small community clubs for adults too. All participants will then have the opportunity to showcase what they have learned at one of the Puppet Tree Jamborees that are organised a popular, local venue.

Take a look at the Past Events page to see what the Puppet Tree Jamborees and workshops look like.
